Today's Favorites - George Cleverley

Let's get back to some classics here. Pictured above are two George Cleverley shoes, one (the black) being a limited edition model called 'The Churchill,' as you can assume, named after Winston Churchill and the second (the burgundy) being what seems to be a bespoke rendition of 'The Churchill,' with some slight modifications to it. As you can easily notice, the bespoke version is much nicer, as it should be! This model is one of many George Cleverley models that uses this idea of elastic siding hidden by leather flaps, only in this instance it is meant to look like an oxford but in reality is just a slip-on. Quite the eye-trickery huh! While you can easily see the beauty in both of these I have heard through the grapevine that, in person, they leave you in awe. Must be nice! Well, until tomorrow or the next day, enjoy the scenery!
